Building on the success of Women Inspiring Network’s impactful presence at Davos in 2024 and guided by our 2025 theme—Audacious Action and the Davos theme for 2025—Collaboration for the Intelligent Age—Women Inspiring Network #WINLounge will transform into a gathering point for global women leaders, innovators, and influential minds at the magical mountain setting of Hotel Schatzalp, Davos, on January 23, to host engaging panel discussions against the backdrop of dreamy, snow-kissed environs.
These power-packed discussions will unfold under two overarching themes: Meet the Disruptors: Equal. Extraordinary. Future-Forward and Levers of Generational Health and Wealth. Women Inspiring Network will also collaborate on vital gender-based discussions in conjunction with the Government of India, and US-based organisations.

The Women Inspiring Network (WIN)—a global non-profit initiative, dedicated to advancing women’s impact and leadership concluded a trailblazing week at Davos 2025, from January 20 to 24. With 70+ visionary women leaders from 15+ countries through 10+ thought-provoking panel discussions Women Inspiring Network exhibited a striking blend of leadership and transformative voices elevating the Davos theme—Collaboration for the Intelligent Age into a Confluence of Cultures.
Speaking at the inaugural #WINLounge event key speakers, Cherie Blair, Smriti Zubin Irani and Shobana Kamineni talked about gender equality, the role of networking for women in today’s world and acknowledging the efforts of the Women Inspiring Network respectively.
Cherie Blair, CBE, KC, Founder, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women mentioned, “When we help each other and lift each other, the world becomes a better place. It is our duty to uplift and amplify the women who are underrepresented.”
Smriti Zubin Irani, Founder & Chairperson of the Alliance for Global Good, Gender Equity, and Equality, stated, “Women in our country are yet to realise their full potential and networking gets to them. I am glad that you are doing this at the foothills of the Swiss Alps, networking can be leveraged by the privileged who have the money to reach the streets of Davos. Tirlok Malik, Emmy-nominated filmmaker and Happy Life Yoga speaker recently held an interactive session with the nurses, doctors, administrators and staff at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln Hospital.
Participants reacted positively to the session where they laughed and were happy with the life advice and practical ways of living. Tara Sajan, director of Nursing and Behavioral Health was the program’s MC. The event was kicked off by Christopher Roker, CEO of NYCHHC/Lincoln Hospital, and Lillian Diaz, Deputy Executive Director & Chief Nurse Executive at NYCHHC/Lincoln Hospital.
The closing note of thanks was given by Frankie Hamilton, deputy director of Ambulatory Care Services at NYCHHC/Lincoln Hospital. Respected medical professionals Greta Bayne, Valerie St. Louis, Monica Anderson, Kencle Satchell, and Cheryl Simmons-Oliver were also present in the audience, among many others.
Malik highlighted the growing importance of being responsible for one’s own health and happiness because, if one loves one’s self, one takes responsibility for their health.
“A way of living inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga and Indian Philosophy, Happy Life Yoga is beneficial for one and all,” Malik said.
Launched in June 2019, Happy Life Yoga is an educational platform that offers a uniquely practical approach to health and happiness using tools from Ayurveda, Indian Philosophy, and Yoga to help better manage modern-day challenges such as work, finances, relationships, family, and other social pressures.
